Our Philosophy
Change happens one conversation at a time.
As humans, we don't like change, and will often go to great lengths to avoid it. It neurologically feels unsafe. This is why leadership approaches of talking to people about change never work. Instead, we must talk with people about change.

Where it all started
Leading change is often where leaders wobble the most. Having navigated our own wobbles in change as individual contributors and leaders, we set out to change how we can lead change.​
Wobble was born out of a deep desire to create exceptional workplaces and to build change leadership cultures where people feel seen, heard and valued.
